Typetura, LLC., a Virginia limited liability corporation (“Typetura,” “Company,” “us,” or “we”), provides www.typetura.com, app.typetura.com, and the other websites and services under the typetura.com domain (collectively, the “Sites”), and our SaaS product, web typography software, tools, and related services (together with the Sites, the “Service”) subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or the “Agreement”). Typetura reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

Terms

1. We reserve the right to cancel service to hate groups, those participating in hate speech, and those proliferating hate symbols as defined by the Southern Poverty Law Center either on a website we are servicing or off. No notice or refund will be provided.
2. Overages as defined by your plan will result in offending domains being blacklisted with 7 days of notice. If you are concerned about overages, reach out to support@typetura.com and we will work out alternative hosting methods.
3. Typetura shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, material or otherwise, to any website(s) using or that have used Typetura software and services.

Privacy

1. Typetura collects data on usage. Usage is limited to requests to our servers. We do this so that in the event of high traffic volume, we can quickly identify where the traffic is coming from and work with those high traffic requests and ensure our network is stable.
2. Typetura websites use analytics, including Google Analytics and FullStory, to identify and address usability issues.
3. If you wish to cancel your account, contact support@typetura.com and we will cancel it within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds prior to the time your initial request.
4. If you wish to completely and perminately delete all of your information from our databases, contact support@typetura.com and we will remove all of your information within 24 hours. This information includes payment information and profile in our payment processor, Stripe, as well as your profile account information in Auth0.
